We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Global Digital Marketing to join our Group Marketing leadership team. In this key role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy and accountable for delivering measurable impact across international markets. You will lead initiatives that support lead generation, improve conversion rates, and strengthen Glamox’s digital presence worldwide.

The role

As Head of Global Digital Marketing, you will take ownership of our digital marketing agenda and drive this area forward in the coming years. You will lead and develop the global digital marketing team, with full responsibility for people leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that our digital initiatives create real business impact across markets.

You will collaborate closely with internal partners such as IT & Digital, Business Development, Sales, and our Business Divisions to ensure seamless customer journeys and strong alignment with commercial goals. A key part of the role will be to strengthen Glamox’ position within Light Management Systems (LMS – lighting controls), where digital marketing plays a central role in building awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales.

You will manage projects with allocated resources, balancing both hands-on execution while also guiding people and projects, being responsible for delivery and accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Glamox’s overall digital marketing strategy, taking responsibility for initiatives and being accountable for business outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve conversion rates, qualified traffic, and digital channel revenue
  • Drive marketing automation, CRM, and eCommerce projects to strengthen our digital capabilities
  • Develop engaging digital content to support customer journeys across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Experience Team, Business Development, Sales, and Business Divisions to align efforts with business goals
  • Lead inbound and performance marketing, digital campaign execution, and tool/system optimization
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives for Light Management Systems (LMS)
  • Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, guide strategic decisions, and continuously improve performance
  • Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B digital marketing and eCommerce

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content marketing for larger/global B2B brands, including digital marketing, content, automation and eCommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and eCommerce, included hands on experience with automation and/or eCommerce/CRM tools.
  • International experience with complex B2B customer journeys is an advantage
  • Experience leading projects and teams, with clear responsibility for delivery and accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; outgoing and proactive personality
  • A track record of driving conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in other European languages is an advantage, and it is preferable that the candidate also speaks Norwegian
