24SevenOffice is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel!

We are looking for a business-minded and versatile Senior Legal Counsel who wants to work closely with the business in an international and forward-thinking environment. At 24SevenOffice, you will play a key role in providing legal support across the organization, helping to manage legal risk and ensuring we achieve our business goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Supporting M&A transactions and integration processes
• Advising on corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Handling matters related to intellectual property rights (IPR), privacy, data security, and AI
• Contributing to the development and implementation of internal policies and compliance programs
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors

Qualifications

• Legal experience within business law, preferably from the SaaS or technology sector
• Proven experience in managing and executing M&A transactions
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Knowledge of corporate governance, IPR, technology law, compliance, and/or privacy is preferred
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
• Master’s degree in law and the ability to practice law in Norway
